Extra Curriculum
At Salterford House we appreciate that not everyone is academically-minded; and even if they are, that time out broadening horizons beyond the classroom really helps to give pupils an all-round education.
Extra-curricular activities are an integral part of school life here. By doing them, children build the skills to feel confident to tackle new and challenging situations in life and develop high self-esteem.

We also organise several school trips each year, to places such as The White Post Farm, Brackenhurst College, Nottingham Castle, Belton House, York, Stratford Upon Avon or Cadbury World plus an optional skiing holiday and trip to Normandy.
Year 6 also spend a week during their final term learning field work and team building skills in North Yorkshire.
